Chatfield College Appoints Kelly Gramling as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Chatfield College is pleased to welcome Kelly Gramling as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Kelly will directly oversee Finance, Information Technology, Building and Grounds, Financial Aid administration, regulatory compliance, and financial planning.

I am honored to be chosen to continue the great work of the leaders that have preceded me, and as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Chatfield College. I look forward to furthering the mission of the college and the legacy of the Ursulines of Brown County.”
Kelly is a highly skilled campus leader with over eighteen years of combined management and training experience in higher education. Her attributes include identifying and acting on opportunities that enhance interdepartmental cooperation, supporting institutional goals and initiatives, strengthening team-building procedures, as well as providing quality student service.
“Her achievements are indicative of the quality and caliber of her professional career. I know Kelly will seamlessly fit into the fold here at Chatfield and bring broad leadership and hands-on engagement in the work of the college,” said Robert Elmore, Chatfield’s president.
Kelly is from St. Petersburg, Florida, and resides in Northern Kentucky. She enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking trails with her dogs, traveling to anywhere with a beach, and spending time reading and watching movies.
