Executive Director of The Chatfield Edge, Roger Taylor is a native of Adams County, Ohio, and a first-generation college student himself, Taylor brings nearly two decades of service to the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Southwest Ohio communities as a high school administrator, special education teacher, coach, athletic director, and adjunct college faculty member. He has a bachelor’s degree in intervention specialist education from Shawnee State University and a master’s in educational leadership administration from the University of Dayton.
Executive Director Taylor, along with the Board of Trustees and the Leadership Team, works tirelessly to continue the educational legacy of the Ursuline Sisters and advance the mission of The Chatfield Edge to support first-generation and non-traditional students as they gain success in life through education.
