Chatfield College to Host Community Fall Frolic
Chatfield College in St. Martin, Ohio is inviting all Chatfield students, alumni, faculty, friends and neighbors to join the college on Saturday, September 21 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a community service frolic and work session. Planned projects for the day include landscaping, cleaning, painting, concrete walkway repair and cleaning various statues.
“This is the second consecutive year for our Fall Frolic, when we invite volunteers from the community to participate in sprucing up the buildings and grounds after a long, hot summer. Last year’s event was a great success with so many volunteers showing up to help. We were able to complete the items on our “to-do” list and had fun at the same time,” said Robert Elmore, Chief Operating Officer at Chatfield.
Businesses and employee-sponsored organizations looking for a community service project are welcome to participate as a group. There is plenty of room for everyone
Food and refreshments will be served, courtesy of RiverHills Bank. Materials will be supplied.
